Midway Displays Terms & Conditions

PAYMENT TERMS: Credit cards are required for payment on all orders with products totaling $1,000.00 or less. Midway Displays accepts Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit cards. Any orders totaling over $1,000.00 in product, unless a credit account has been established, will require a credit card, check in advance or wire transfer for payment. 

Once authorized, credit card orders will be released for shipment upon completion. Orders paid by check or wire transfer need to be cleared through the bank prior to shipment being released. 

Customers approved for credit accounts may make payments using company check, EFT (electronic funds transfer), ACH (automated clearing house), or credit card within invoice terms. For EFT or ACH payments please call or submit your form to accounts receivable for required information.

NO COD orders will be accepted.

NEW CREDIT ACCOUNTS: Customers ordering products totaling over $1,000.00 may apply for a credit account with Midway Displays. Customers choosing to open an account need to complete a Midway Displays credit application, available upon request through our customer service department. Allow two weeks for processing. Accounts that have been approved for credit with Midway Displays will have terms of net 30 days. All payments must be received no later than 30 days from invoice date. All payments for Midway Displays Inc. and Corrugated Components & Devices should be remitted to:

Midway Displays reserves the right to rescind credit for non-compliance with our terms.

MINIMUM ORDER: Midway Displays’ minimum Product invoice total is $75.00, (except on-line store purchases), excluding all freight and other applicable charges. The flute wire minimum is $300.00. All display orders in quantities of 1-9 are purchased exclusively through our online retail store at www.midwaydisplays.com.

PACKING: Display prices include standard pack outs only. Please call for pricing on special packaging. Displays are packed knocked down in UPS size cartons. We will insert your personal header cards, sized to fit our standard carton pack, with your displays at no extra charge. All displays include standard instruction sheets. Special instruction sheets are available for an extra charge (call for prices). Bulk pre-packaged components incur a Case Break Charge of $15.00.

SHIPPING: Ship dates are approximate and are based on our best estimates and receipt of all necessary information from the purchaser. We are not responsible for delivery delays due to circumstances beyond our control. All freight carrier choices are the responsibility of the customer and will be shipped collect or third party billing. Midway Displays does not ship prepaid unless prior authorization is obtained. All shipping arrangements are to be specified in writing, by the customer, at the time the order is placed.

SHIPPING FEES: All shipments are FOB Bedford Park, IL, except where noted. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges. Customers will also be responsible for all charges incurred by Midway Displays for shipment address corrections or shipment rerouting due to any incorrect addresses given.

UPS/FedEx shipments: incur a fee of $4.50 for the first carton plus $.75 for each additional carton. Upon written request to bundle an order the charge will be $10.00 for the 1st master carton plus $4.50 for each additional master carton. Any drop shipments for 200+ addresses: the customer may supply an Excel spreadsheet to be imported into our database for a lot charge of $125.00.

Truck shipments: will be on best suited pallets; special pallet requirements will incur additional charges. Orders requiring shipments to more than one location will incur drop ship charges. The 2nd address will be invoiced at $4.50 and each additional location at $1.50 each.

Customers will be responsible for all charges incurred by Midway Displays for shipment address corrections or shipment rerouting due to any incorrect addresses given.

CLAIMS: All shipments should be inspected upon receipt for damage and shortages. In all cases, the purchaser assumes all risk of loss or damage to products in transit, and likewise assumes responsibility for filing a claim with the carrier. In the event of freight damage, notify the carrier immediately, and mark the bill of lading “damaged.” Instruct receiving department to note the number of cartons and/or pallets shipped on the bill of lading in relation to the number of cartons/pallets received. Midway Displays is to be informed of damage and/or shortage, in writing, within 15 days of shipment receipt. Failure to notify Midway Displays within 15 days of receipt will constitute acceptance of shipment.

RETURNS: Midway Displays will accept returns of “Bulk Component” items only. The following conditions must be met: 1) All items for return must be reported to Midway Displays within 30 Days of receipt. 2) Midway Displays Return Authorization  Form must accompany all returned shipments or they will be refused. Please call (708) 563.2323 or email (sales@midwaydisplays.com) our customer service department for authorization. 3) Items must be shipped back to Midway “Freight Pre-Paid” at customers’ expense. Items must arrive in good condition in original packing. Upon inspection, a merchandise credit will be offered for only the number of units that are in acceptable condition and can be reused. (At Midway’s discretion)  A restocking fee of 30% will be applied to the return. Complete Displays will not be accepted for return unless they are defective.
 
PATENTS: Midway Displays and Corrugated Components & Devices products and designs are the intellectual property of Midway Displays, Inc. Many items in our catalog and on this website are protected by Trademarks, patents and patents pending.

OVER RUNS/UNDER RUNS: Midway Displays’ allowable over run/under run quantities are +/- 3% of the total order, unless specifically stated in writing by the customer at the time the order is placed. This applies to ALL “Custom” parts, and displays with “Custom“ parts. (i.e. custom tubes, hooks, and wire forms) This does not apply to our stock components or displays.
